We are seeking applicants for a Senior Scientist with a Phd in atmospheric sciences, physics or chemistry. The successful candidate will excel in research activities related to urban air pollution and biosphere atmosphere interactions of BVOCs. In particular she/he will be responsible for operational and administrative observations at the Innsbruck Atmospheric Observatory (IAO) with a focus on trace gas and aerosol measurements. Another area of research are BVOC exchange measurements at an Alpine forest tower (FAIR station). The candidate should have experience in environmental mass spectrometry (particularily PTRMS). Programming skills in electronics, databases, python and Matlab are of advantage. The applicant will also be engaged in teaching (up to 4h/week).
