As a Junior Project Manager Factory Investments (m/f/d), you will lead the planning and execution of key investment projects that drive innovation and efficiency in our global production network. You will work closely with experienced project managers and factory experts to implement modern manufacturing technologies—including automation, digitalization, and advanced machining processes—in high-mix, low-volume production environments. Your work will help us improve the way we operate and support our journey towards a more sustainable future.
This role is ideal for recent graduates in mechanical or production engineering (e.g., ETH Zurich or similar technical universities) who are eager to apply their knowledge in real-world projects and grow into future leadership roles. You will gain exposure to CAPEX projects, production systems, and stakeholder collaboration while developing your technical and organizational capabilities.
You will join the Value Chain organization in Baden, reporting to the Teamlead Value Chain Investments, and work closely with factory leadership and technical experts across our global value chain.
