I am a musicologist and pianist from Barcelona. I specialize in piano performances of the 19th and 20th centuries, for which I have won numerous prizes such as the George Henderson Award 2016, the SGAE Composer\\\’s Prize 2016, the European Gold Cross 2014, the Kathleen & Allison Short Faculty Merit Award 2013, the Australasian DRS Foundation Award 2012, the first prize of the Arjau Foundation in 2007, the Agusti Pere i Pons Award of the Barcelona University in 2002 and 2003 etc. Conservatory of Amsterdam and the University of Arts Berlin and a bachelor\\\’s degree from the Liceu Conservatorium of Music in Barcelona and from Amsterdam University of the Arts. I am an international pianist, organizer and co-founder of international piano festivals in Spain and Australia. I spent eight years teaching piano performances between the Reus Conservatorium of Music, Sultan Qaboos University and the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. I was a member of the Examination Board for Piano at the University of New England and has been invited to meetings and lectures at the Royal Academy of Music, London, the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, Vilnius, the Japanese Society of Spanish Music and the universities New York, Melbourne, Sydney, Bern, Madrid, Strasbourg and Tokyo University of the Arts.
