I lead industry collaborations at the Swiss Data Science Center (ETH Zurich and EPFL), building applied AI and machine learning solutions for the pharma and biomedical sector. I organize and co-deliver the SME AI program in the Canton of Zurich, where the first cohort of 12 companies achieved high AI adoption and created new jobs. I have secured over CHF 1.2 million in funded collaborations with partners across pharma, biotech, and industry. I co-organize and teach the executive course “AI for Decision Makers” at ETH Zurich and lecture in the CAS Data Science in Medicine & Health at HSLU. I speak regularly at industry conferences, including keynotes at the ISPE D/A/CH conference and the Smart Factory Roundtable. I sponsor colleagues toward career growth and skill development, with several successful promotions. I am now looking to bring this experience in applied AI for pharma and biomedical R&D to a board or foundation council role.
